Wild Dog processes in excess of 120 ton of fruit in an average vintage that includes estate grown fruit as well as fruit brought to the winery under contract from surrounding vineyards.
A number of varieties of vines exist on the estate including Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet franc, with plans to include new varieties in the near future
The Wild Dog Restaurant is now open after almost 12 months of construction with the large decking area looking across the vineyard and indoor fire place with modern décor. Wine Tasting takes place just a few steps from where you can order the best of Gippsland produce served to the plate.
